These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the theoldriviera.com website and the purchase of the products offered. By placing an order, you declare that you have read and fully accepted these conditions.

Company name, registered office, VAT number and REA number will be indicated here once provided by the controller.

Product information (descriptions, images, colours, sizes) is provided in good faith and with the utmost care. Minor colour variations may occur depending on the device used. Product availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed.

All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if due, are calculated at checkout. The Old Riviera reserves the right to change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one shown at the time of order.

An order is considered finalised once you receive confirmation from us by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of unavailability of products, suspected fraud, or a manifest pricing error.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by certified providers; we do not store your card details.

Automatic bundle discounts apply: –15% with 2 items, –20% with 3 items or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Shipping is free for orders over €100. For smaller orders, costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

Indicative delivery times: Italy and Europe 6–8 working days; rest of the world 10–12 working days. Times may vary during periods of high demand or public holidays.

In accordance with applicable law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 30 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. For the full procedure, please see our Returns Policy.

Products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Italian Consumer Code. In the event of a lack of conformity, customers may request repair, replacement or a refund as provided by law.

Creating an account is a personal act. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in the event of a breach of these conditions.

All content on the site (text, images, logos, trademarks, graphics) is the property of The Old Riviera or its respective owners and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, in whole or in part, without written authorisation is prohibited.

The Old Riviera is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or its products, except as provided by applicable law.

These conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the consumer's local court, where applicable, or the court of the controller's registered office.
