How to request a return
Send an email to contact@theoldriviera.com including all the details below: our concierge will reply within 24 working hours with the shipping instructions.

- 04Item and size to return
- 05Reason for the return
- 06Preference: refund, size exchange or product exchange
- 07Photos of the item (and of any fault) and of the packaging

Returns within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
All accessories and the original packaging must be included.
Refund to the original payment method once the return has been checked.
